JSQ is a musicians' collective. We play a range of music, structured and improvised.

Vocals: Varied

Guitar: Jim Swainston

Jim has worked in a variety of styles including jazz and African. He studied music at NTU, and is now based in Melbourne.

Drums: Sam Geoghegan

Sam has interests in funk and jazz.

Fretless and Fretted Basses: Adam Fforde

Adam has been playing electric bass since the 1970s. He also plays with Blue Ceiling (jazz duo/trio) and used to play with Burn the Casino (blues) through 2003 and 2004 - this is now being reformed as Blue Times Blue
